What is Niagara Community Foundation
The Niagara Community Foundation was founded in 2000, helping good people do great things in their community. The Foundation grants income to local charities from endowment funds created with donations from people, companies and organizations across Niagara. The Foundation is a member of the Community Foundations of Canada (www.cfc-fcc.ca), a vibrant and growing network of 158 community foundations. Community foundations are one of the world's fastest growing philanthropic movements, with more than 1,100 foundations in 42 countries.
